The Timex T71912 Youth digital watch is reliable, durable, and readable in the dark, thanks to the integrated Indiglo night-light, but it's also flat-out fun to wear. It features an easily readable digital display with large, recognizable icons for the chrono, alarm, and timer functions, and a comfortable elastic fabric strap (for better dirt and stain resistance) with camouflage pattern. This watch also offers water resistance to 30 meters (99 feet), 12/24-hour time, durable translucent olive resin case, large function buttons, and Timex's unique Kids Loss Protection Plan. It's recommended for children ages 6 and older. The Indiglo night-light uniformly lights the surface of the watch dial using patented blue electroluminescent lighting technology. It uses less battery power than most other watch illumination systems, enabling your watch battery to last longer. The Night Mode feature allows you to illuminate the Indiglo night-light for 3 seconds with any button press, regardless of the mode or function. Timex understands that kids often lose things, even their most prized possessions, which is why this watch is covered by the Timex Kids Loss Protection Plan. If the watch is lost, Timex will replace it with the same style (or similar if your style is not available) at the price of $10 for up to one year from the original date of purchase, with no questions asked. Details are included in the printed instructions that come with the watch.

We have been very happy with this watch. My son bought it with his allowance money because he loved the camo arm band. He has not taken it off his arm since, and it has gone through a lot, but is still working. I enjoy the wrist band because it stretches over the hand, instead of "buckling" it on the wrist, which can be challenging for children.

This watch is a gift from the gods. It is made of an elastic band for comfort and easy take-on-take-offs. The actual watch is very straight forward to use (My whole family learned how to use it without the instructions), and the streamlined design really just puts the cherry on top.

Great watch. My son's friend had this watch and he thought it was cool it could be worn in the pool. Because it's winter, my son wears it in the shower, and even to bed. It lights up, the features are easy to use, the stretchy band is pretty comfortable (but not as much when it's wet!!). My son is 11, and it's a perfect first watch for him.

Great watch. The band is both adjustable and stretchy so it comfortable and quick to put on. It has an alarm clock so they can know when it is lunch time, etc. It also camaflouges any dirt. Over the last several years my now 3rd grader has lost it twice, and he still wants me to buy this exact watch.
