My watch came in a nice box etc, but I couldn't get it to work. I thought it was the battery so rather than send it back I had the battery checked by a watch expert- He said battery was fully charged- so as I was preparing to return the watch to Amazon the following morning, low and behold it was working! It's been fine ever since so I am happy with it.

When I open the box, it was with the glass broken. But, I was in Brasil.
